ROMANS 1:20

Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities.

From Wonder To Wisdom

Hi, I’m Dr. Singletary, and I’ll be your tutor this year! I’m a wife, homeschooling mom, and retired physical therapist who is grateful for the path God has guided me on. I love helping students discover how science reveals God’s incredible design. One of my favorite verses is Romans 1:20, which reminds us that we can understand God’s power by looking at everything He has made.

My husband and I have three children, and we enjoy spending time together having fun and traveling. In my free time, I love running, paddle boarding, and hanging out with family and friends. I’m excited to learn and grow with you this year as we explore the wonders of God’s creation through science and reasoning!

Growing Together in Excellence

My Commitment to Students

I believe students learn best when they feel supported, challenged, and engaged. My goal is to create a classroom environment where students are encouraged to ask questions, think critically, and grow in confidence as learners. Rather than simply memorizing information, students are guided toward understanding concepts, making connections, and applying what they learn to the world around them.

My Teaching Philosophy

As both an educator and a lifelong learner, I view teaching as a partnership between tutor, student, and family. Every student has unique strengths, interests, and learning styles. My role is to provide structure, guidance, and opportunities for growth while helping students develop independence, responsibility, and confidence in their abilities.

Partnering with PEP

One of the reasons I am grateful to instruct through Providence Extension Program (PEP) is its commitment to partnering with homeschool families in providing a high-quality educational experience. PEP creates an environment where students benefit from classroom instruction, accountability, collaboration with peers, and enrichment opportunities while families remain actively involved in their child’seducation.

“Creation is one of God’s greatest classrooms; every discovery reveals a little more of His character.”
